Serving HCA Healthcare
Parallon provides full-service revenue cycle management and, ultimately, total patient account resolution for HCA Healthcare. These services include scheduling, registration, insurance verification, hospital billing, revenue integrity, insurance collections, payment compliance, credentialing, health information management, customer service, payroll, physician and specialty services billing.
In addition, through our Customer Service Operations Division, Parallon supports all HCA Healthcare colleagues with contact center functions performed by the HR customer service and IT service desks. Parallon also serves HCA Healthcare patients through the National Contact Center Management team, supporting patients throughout their health care journeys by connecting them with key clinical services.
